At Home

The Great Protector As soon as we got Geoffrey home we could tell that Scooby was going to be very protective of him. Scooby makes sure that when Geoffrey starts crying, we know about it, and if he cries for long Scooby gets upset. Here is Scooby sitting next to Geoffrey's swing.
	The Recliner This is Daddy and Geoffrey's favorite place, especially in the middle of the night. Infants have a tendency to not want to sleep through the night for the first few months, and they expect to eat every four hours. This is where I feed Geoffrey, then try to put him to sleep. Unfortunately, putting him to sleep also tends to put me to sleep. We have spent many a night in that recliner.
We're Beat! As you can tell, mommy also gets awfully tired. Luckily, newborns like to sleep a lot, just not for long.
	Sleep! Sleep! Sleep! By now you think that is all we do around here!
Cool Shades! We also like to go places! Today is your day. You're off to Great Places! You're off and away! You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. -- Dr. Seuss, Oh The Places You'll Go! He can go off to Great Places, as long as he has permission from mom and dad!
